  5. The third photo, is a plant we here in Trinidad and Tobago call sorrel. It's extremely popular during the Christmas season for making sorrel drinks. A Christmas tradition

    1. Yes gillena, it is growing in the tropics actually. It is a young roselle, Hibiscus species. It is famous for tea and the sepals are made into jams. I just posted it because the flower looks like something else than a flower.

  8. Our spiders are not as pretty as this one! I love the bee's leg sticking out and have never seen that flower before. How pretty!
