There is a scene in Lord of the Rings where they visit the Elfish forest as there is with the Ewoks in Star Wars......wouldn't that be an amazing thing?:) I also imagine it would be difficult building a tree house with termites in your area. It would look great for a year or two but you'd be constantly battling the bugs:) However if we were just to look at a tree house with all those issues, including climbing up:), wouldn't that be amazing? I like your mango tree:)Rohrerbothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02136631378931478644noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4747604230045436342.post-44036517138121166292012-07-05T08:31:43.356+08:002012-07-05T08:31:43.356+08:00Thanks Donna, before i become a senior citizen i h...Thanks Donna, before i become a senior citizen i hope i will have my treehouse!Andreahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06044386271018560595noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4747604230045436342.post-42212312865684667182012-07-05T08:31:03.629+08:002012-07-05T08:31:03.629+08:00AB having a slide from the window is too much! A makeshift swing is easy to make for us, just an old tire and a rope and everything is fine! It even revolves if you want to!Andreahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06044386271018560595noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4747604230045436342.post-52106986356619920682012-07-05T08:29:11.915+08:002012-07-05T08:29:11.915+08:00yes Gaia, you are right, i never thought of that e...yes Gaia, you are right, i never thought of that earlier maybe that is what my nephew really didn't want me to share! That being said, I hope you get your wish of a treehouse (for you) soon - they are, indeed, magical places.Gaia Gardener:https://www.blogger.com/profile/00692281131036600613noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4747604230045436342.post-6529306881816583942012-07-04T22:04:34.279+08:002012-07-04T22:04:34.279+08:00It is my dream to have a tree house too! I never had a tree house or hammock but I had the swing for a while until it broke :(Autumn Bellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00818422090556602092noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4747604230045436342.post-26332265685854863132012-07-04T21:19:03.366+08:002012-07-04T21:19:03.366+08:00I am with you and your nephew...loved climbing tre...I am with you and your nephew...loved climbing trees and making tre houses...would love to live in one like in your photo...Donna@Gardens Eye Viewhttp://gardenseyeview.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4747604230045436342.post-35206736195685270192012-07-04T16:17:38.336+08:002012-07-04T16:17:38.336+08:00Hahaha Bernie, good for you. When i was a kid no big trees are available near our house, but i climb the Zysygium tree most often, just taking care i will not fall, just sit on the horizontal branches! Yes it is nice to reminisce some of these.Andreahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05848957958059476177noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4747604230045436342.post-87593703767152978122012-07-04T15:25:05.255+08:002012-07-04T15:25:05.255+08:00Wow! We put a huge plank of wood between the largest strongest branches and would spend hours just sitting there chatting and day-dreaming! You've bought back some great memories.BernieHhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04435004798656616711noreply@blogger.com
